Jay is our go-to precision cutter and textured hair expert at SMOOTHED. From the beginning of his career, Jay has been passionate about helping women with textured, curly hair achieve more manageable, beautiful results. Even in beauty school, he gravitated toward working with curls, knowing firsthand what it’s like to navigate the world with textured hair—because he lives it himself.

Jay discovered the power of keratin treatments early on after getting licensed, and he’s been hooked ever since. What he loves most about working at SMOOTHED is the opportunity to focus solely on keratin treatments every single day—helping clients transform their hair and their lives.

Kaylie is a licensed cosmetologist with over 10 years of dedicated experience in keratin treatments. With more than 10,000 treatments under her belt, she has honed her craft to perfection, offering customized solutions tailored to your unique hair type. Kaylie has a passion for working with all hair types and textures, driven by her desire to help women lead more beautiful and manageable lives. Inspired daily by the strong women around her, Kaylie’s mission is to provide easy, low-maintenance hair, empowering women to continue being the forces of nature they are.
